When the customer arrive to the rental station , during the pick up process , should present a credit card under the driver’s name (not Debit) , which will be used for the pre-authorization of the guarantee amount , as this has been agreed and referred on the car category chosen by the customer upon confirmation of the booking . ( paragraph: “Excess amount/Collision Damage Waiver / Theft Waiver”)

The activation process of the pre-authorization release takes place after returning and checking the car by the rental ambassador and completes if no other charges have occurred.

The pre-authorization release  appears on the customer’s account with an update depending on the issuing Bank of his card.

Fines and Violations: All fines for violating the Highway Code as well as violations and administrative penalties resulting from the fault of the driver are borne by the driver of the car
